Spicy Minced Pork Stir-Fry

INGREDIENTS
.5 lb minced pork
1 1/2 tbsp chopped garlic
1 shallot, chopped
10 fresh chopped Thai birdβs eye chili or or dried Thai chili (add more or less depending on your spice level)
1 tbsp palm sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp cooking oil
INSTRUCTIONS
In a hot wok, add 2 tbsp cooking oil.
Then add chopped garlic and chopped shallot. Stir until light golden color.
Add minced pork, stir and cook for about 6 to 8 minutes.
Next, add chopped Thai birdβs eye chili and quickly add palm sugar, soy sauce, and dark soy sauce. Toss and stir for about 1 to 2 minutes.
Finally, turn off the heat and transfer the spicy minced pork to a bowl of white rice.
