Cambodian Beef Lok Lak (Beef Stir-Fry)

INGREDIENTS
For Marinate Beef
1.30 lb boneless Angus beef strip steak, thinly sliced into bite side pieces
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp palm sugar
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp flour or corn starch
1 tbsp chopped garlic
For Cooking
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1/2 white onion, sliced
For Serving
Lettuce leaves
Tomato slices
Jasmine rice
For Pepper Garlic Lime Dipping Sauce
2 tbsp kosher salt
1 tbsp ground black pepper
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp minced garlic
4 tbsp limes juice
INSTRUCTIONS
Add the beef, cooking oil, oyster sauce, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, palm sugar, ground black pepper, flour, and chopped garlic in a medium mixing bowl. Mix until well combined. Set it aside.
Make the dipping sauce, add kosher salt, ground black pepper, sugar, minced garlic, and lime juice. Mix until well combined. Set it aside until ready to serve.
In a hot wok, add cooking oil and chopped garlic. Stir until light golden color, then add the marinated beef Lok Lak. Stir and toss for about 6-8 minutes to cook the beef.
Then add sliced onion with beef Lok Lak. Mix and stir for 1 minute.
Transfer to a plate and serve with lettuce leaves, tomato slices, jasmine rice, and dipping sauce.
