Stir-Fry Garlicky Tofu

INGREDIENTS
For Stir Fry Sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp Mirin
1 tsp plan sugar or regular sugar
1/2 sesame oil
1 tsp corn starch
For Cooking
Cooking oil
8 oz firm tofu, cut into bite-size cubes
2 tbsp minced garlic
2 to 3 green onions, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
In a wok or a frying pan, add enough cooking oil to fry tofu cubes.
When the oil is hot, add the tofu into a wok or a frying pan and fry each side of the tofu cubes to golden color. Take them out onto a paper towel and set them aside.
Next, add about 2 tbsp of cooking oil and minced garlic into the hot wok. Stir and fry for 30 seconds until light golden color, then add the tofu and the sauce. Toss and stir everything together for about 1 minute in medium heat.
Add some green onions and stir and toss for another 20 to 30 seconds.
Finally, transfer on to a plate and serve with rice and sprinkle chopped green onion to garnish.
